Who you are selling to
We Buy Any Apple Mac is a trading name of MINKO’S MACS LIMITED, company number 08625033, registered at 5 Ferdinand Street, London NW1 8ES. Contact info@minkosmacs.com or 020 8127 3730.
Your online quote
A quote is indicative and based on the exact device and condition you select. It is not a guaranteed offer, reservation or completed sale. We confirm the final price after inspection in store. Price evidence has a date; expired or unsupported models need a fresh assessment.
Your planned visit
Sending visit details lets our team know when you expect to arrive. It does not reserve an appointment or commit you to selling. Check the chosen store’s opening hours before travelling. Online visit submissions require a quote issued within the last 24 hours. If your plans change, contact the store with your reference.
Ownership and device checks
You must own the device and have the right to sell it. Bring valid photo ID. Remove Activation Lock, Find My and organisational device management before the sale. Devices reported lost or stolen, subject to ownership restrictions, or unable to pass our checks cannot be purchased.
Your information
Back up your files and erase personal data before handing over the device. You remain responsible for your backups. Do not give staff your Apple Account password.
Inspection and acceptance
We check the specification, functionality, condition and included accessories. If the device differs from the quote, we explain a revised offer. You may accept it or decline and keep your device. The sale proceeds only after the final offer is agreed.
Payment
Cash or bank transfer is available subject to store availability and completed checks. Payment usually takes 1–2 hours; this is an average, not a guarantee. Device preparation, inspection, store workload, closing times and banking delays can affect timing. Confirm cash availability with the store.
Questions and complaints
Email info@minkosmacs.com with your store, visit date and relevant details. Do not include passwords, full bank details or copies of ID in ordinary email.
